Terms of Service

By using BitForge™ (“the Bot”, “we”, “our”), including adding it to your server, executing slash commands (/), prefix commands ($), interacting with buttons, or transacting in direct messages, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users across all Discord servers where BitForge operates.

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid Discord account in good standing
• Not be located in a country where cryptocurrency is banned or restricted
• Not be on any government sanctions list

• HD & EC Derivation: Each user receives unique, permanent cryptographic deposit addresses for supported chains: USDT (Polygon PoS), SOL (Solana SPL), ETH (Ethereum), BTC (Bitcoin SegWit), and LTC (Litecoin).
• Encryption at Rest: All generated custodial keys are protected under bank-grade authenticated Fernet AES-256 encryption at rest. Keys are never exposed in Discord channels or DMs.
• Instant Social Tips: All tips executed via /tip or $tip are internal database ledger transfers settled in sub-50ms with zero blockchain gas fees.
• On-Chain Withdrawals: External withdrawals via /withdraw are genuine blockchain transactions broadcasted to public nodes. Once broadcasted, blockchain transactions are irreversible.
• Address Accuracy: You are strictly responsible for verifying the accuracy of external withdrawal addresses. We cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address.
• Zero-Loss Guarantee: Off-chain balances are never deducted if an on-chain transaction fails to broadcast or encounters an RPC network error.

Network withdrawal fees fluctuate dynamically with underlying blockchain gas prices. The exact fee is clearly previewed before you confirm any withdrawal.

You agree not to use BitForge for:

• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or evading financial sanctions.
• Operating illegal gambling, pyramid schemes, Ponzi operations, or scams.
• Exploiting software bugs, race conditions, rate limits, or smart contract flaws.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts, balances, or wallets.
• Using automated self-bots, spam macros, or attack scripts to overwhelm bot infrastructure.
• Any activity that violates the Discord Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Any violation results in immediate account suspension and blacklisting from all BitForge services.

• Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency values fluctuate unpredictably. BitForge is not responsible for market price changes or token depegging.
• Not Financial Advice: BitForge provides custodial wallet and tipping software tools. We do not offer financial, investment, or legal advice.
• Irreversible Transfers: Confirmed on-chain blockchain broadcasts are mathematically irreversible.
• Platform Outages: We are not liable for downtime caused by public blockchain hard forks, RPC node provider outages, or Discord API service disruptions.

• Enable Discord Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and maintain password hygiene. Any action taken by your authenticated Discord User ID is deemed authorized by you.
• Never share private keys, seeds, or account tokens. BitForge staff will never ask for your private passwords.
• Report bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities immediately to our official support team.

We reserve the right to temporarily pause bot operations for scheduled upgrades or security patches. In the unlikely event of a permanent shutdown of BitForge, users will be provided a 30-day notice window to withdraw all custodial cryptocurrency balances to external wallets.

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Material updates will be announced through the bot's /help command or our official community server. Your continued use of BitForge following any revision signifies your agreement to the updated Terms.
